Presents one of its oldest single releases - the 4th ending of 'Get Backers', CHANGIN'.

This is a re-release. When we first released this, there was still no more than 30 people in the channel, and the singles weren't even edited. This is a release to remember the old times, when nipponsei was only a 'child'. Nowadays, there are around 500 users in the channel, and more than 500 files out. This was the 4th.


Nipponsei is more than 1 year old now. It was founded on 2003.07.21 by Generalsmoker, gohan_daimao and refrao. Lots of important friends have joined us since then, lots have fought us, lots have left us. However, we are still here. Thanks for everything!
